Diamond top laner LF semi-serious team

Hello everybody, as the title says I'm looking for a semi-serious 5s team at the moment that plays 2-3 times a week max to climb the ladder and have fun. Diamond in S4, Diamond S5 maining top lane since I was born in this world. You probably can stalk my OP.GG and stuff. Not as beautiful as Draaaven, but still decent.

I prefer if the practices are friday/saturday/sunday nights, since I'd like to focus on school before gaming. We'd have to talk schedule wise what you're aiming for. I am willing to attend every practices once the schedule with a whole team is set, unless shit happens of course ( Can't control everything yo, I wish I could)
