Any team that are willing to help noobs xD

Hi guys, I am a fairly new player to League, I am level 22. I just want to find a team that are willing to help me learn a lot. It does not have to be a good team. I just want to learn something and prepare for ranked. There is probably 00000.1% chance that I will find a team since I am un-ranked. But atleast I posted a board about it. Just a quick notes that I am only active for 4 hours max on my school days :D
