Support looking for Ranked Team

I am looking to find a solid team with good mechanics that needs a support. Every ranked game I play I find myself having to direct the entire team into objectives; Go For Dragon, Push X Tower at X time, Fall Back, Stop Chasing, blah blah blah...

It's so hard to win games when maining support.. would love to find even an ADC that wants to duoque..
