Need a Duo Parter (Silver-Gold)

So I'm looking for a duo partner (preferably a mid) who consistently does well, roams, wards, very aware, etc. I play adc mainly, but I can also play all roles pretty well besides that. I posted my lolking stats here, if anyone wants to check those out.. I main draven and have a great K/D with great CS score, do tons of dmg to champs every game, but have lost the majority of my games with him due to the fact that the majority of those games my team has fed miserably and I'm just not great at carrying 4 people who are feeding. I'm just looking for some reliability from a duo partner who knows they're great at the game and always wins lane, but might be having the same issues as I am. I'm currently Silver. Let me know!
