New ADC Main LF 5s ranked team Silver/Gold Please

I am looking for a solid team. I have great map awareness and last hitting abilites. I used to main supp so I main in the bot lane and my exp is more then most adcs im sure. I play all adcs except Graves and Twitch. My main adcs are Jinx, Trist, Corki, Cait, Vayne. I am looking for a more serious ranked team. I can tryout at anytime this weekend.
