Solid Support LF Silver/Gold + ranked team

As of right now, I am a silver player. I have played 2 full seasons of league. S5 I have played mostly only support. I have played with gold and plat players and they have told me that i'm a good enough support to play at higher elos then what i'm at in solo que.

I am looking for a solid ranked team that is serious and is possibly trying to make something more with their team. I have a wide champion pool. Great knowledge and sense of the game. My shotcalling is good and im getting better, still do need to work on it. I do main support only, I attached my match history to this post and just look at the support games and for the most part. I do have alot of kill participation in almost 90% of my recent games.

These champs aren't in order in terms of skill level but my top 5 are Thresh, Naut, Alistar, Soraka, Annie still trying to get good with Tahm and Braum.

I am trying to take my league of legends knowledge possibly into something more.
