AD/Mid main Stuck in Silver

Not sure how to escape low silver, keep hovering around S4 and S5, I do good most games, but I just cant carry feeders. The only time I climb is if I have another lane win that can help me carry or if I feed then my other 2 lanes carry me. Anyway, I'm looking for a high elo player to coach me or just a Silver duo partner.
