Silver 1 Top laner looking for a serious team.

I'm a top laner that is looking for a serious team, I play on a part time ranked team from time to time but I'm also looking for something to play on my main role.

What I see in a serious team:

A team that strives to achieve the highest they can get. Prioritizes meta/top tier champs over the lower tiers. Understands rotations and objective control Does not have to be funded, but would like to have some sort of direction, tournaments/coaching staff/excessive climbing Stuff like that

I have setup a small tier list based on my opinion on the current 6.19 Meta for top lane

Tier 1 (Can be blind picked): Gnar, Rumble, Jayce,

Tier 2 (Counterpicks, situational): Gangplank, Trundle, Poppy, Kled, Ekko and Kennan

Tier 3 (Can be played, but shouldn't be unless its a specific counter): Fiora, Ryze, Shen and Irelia
