Looking for Silver+ players to make a ranked team

Putting together a ranked 5's team for people who are determined to grow as players, interested in being a part of a tournament and most especially value punctuality. You have to be Silver+ on flex 5v5 (not solo/duo), this way we can all climb together than have a huge gap between players. We will have scheduled ranked games, practices and weekly tournaments with other people to help us grow as a team. If this is what you are looking for, here are the things i need from you:
