Looking to get a group of daily players gold+

So here's the deal, With the recent changes to league i find it hard or rather frusturating to climb through the latter so im looking to put a team together to dynamic que minimum of 4 people prefferably 5 people. I would like to set a date to do some practice runs and see how well we all can work together. Prerequisites are as listed below; Rank : Gold or above Champion pool : must be at minimum 3 champions per role that can be played to the best of your ability.( If you dont have atleast 3 champs that you can play in any given role then you shouldnt be trying ranked to begin with.) MUST be able to read team comps and choose accordingly , does this mean counterpick the enemy team? the simple answer is no, what I want is for our team to be able to adapt to eachothers playstyles in each and every game. Know how to work the map, make educated calls, use pings every chance u get. is this a good time to make a rotation or send someone to a certain lane? think before you make that call, where is the enemy jungler, where is their top laner and does the top laner have tp on cd or not things like this will determine the likelihood of a win as well as how soon into the game we can win. Use your eyes, use your brain, and communicate.
