Looking to get at least 2 other players that are silver-gold to dynamic que with

Currently i am silver 2, i find it hard in this season to solo carry games with certain teammates who dont play as well as i would like so here i am trying to find some people who take the game serious. What am i looking for? its simple really, anyone within silver-gold, anyone who doesnt flame and cause other teamates to get salty and purposely feed or play worse, and only those who are serious about bettering themselves and climbing the ladder.
