Rebuilding Competitive Team, Multiple Roles Needed, Read Inside!

Hi there, my name is Glitch, I represent the LoL team for Sway Gaming. We are in the process of rebuilding our roster, and are looking for a Support main, Top Laner, and Jungler!

As an aside concerning the Support;

I'm really looking for a support I can grow with. I am a relatively quiet, aggressive push ADC player in lane, so I'm looking for a support that can match that early aggression. Some of my weaknesses are vision control and side lane pushes in the mid game.

What I'm really looking for is a support that can enable me to contribute to fights / rotations in meaningful ways. Over the years I've played with many supports, and I feel like my ideal partner would be someone who's aggressive in lane and looks to get us an advantage through skirmishing, but turns more towards hard peel and protection in the team fight phases of the game, allowing me to contribute to the fights as much as possible. For Top:

We're looking for a meta player. Someone with a wide variety of champions they can play in top and can fluctuate between carry oriented (Fiora, Jax, Gangplank, etc) and tank. (Shen, Gnar, Maokai, Sion, etc) Ideally you'd be able to decide on your own when a good time to take ignite versus TP is, and be able to recognize your own opportunities for TP plays without sacrificing your entire lane for it, and recognizing your job in teamfights - primary engage, secondary, peel, etc. That said we've had a large variance in top laners so we're really looking for someone that's dedicated to the role and improving constantly.

For Jungle:

A more supportive style jungler is really what we're looking for here. Zac, Elise, Poppy, etc. We're completely open to the Lee Sin's and Kindred's of the world, but we heavily emphasize vision control and objective control over the jungle slaying their way through the game, and that vision / fight starting style works much better from a tankier champion than the squishier AD champs. Again, we're open to all types of players here, but the ideal player will focus heavily on vision and objective control.

We're looking for someone around our rank, preferably Plat 5 or higher (in Season 5, we all know how placements have been going for everyone!), but we're definitely willing to give players a shot if they feel they match the description above even if their rank is a little lower.

Applicants that main the role we are seeking will have a higher priority for tryouts than those that do not, but I will do my best to reach out to everyone that applies. Players over 18 will receive priority over those below 18.

In terms of communication, having a smartphone is mandatory, as we use a group chat app to communicate outside of League. A Twitter account is also mandatory for organizational purposes.

Practices are from 8pm EST to 12am EST 4 days a week depending on work schedules / availabilities - usually Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. We also play in a handful of online tournaments, which are usually Friday nights / Saturday all-day events. Please do not post if this is not possible for you.

We are seeking highly committed players, and overall do not have an excessive practice schedule. If it is outside of your availability, please do not fill out an application. We do not place members on roster based on skill, but overall synergy with the team, and how well communication and play style fit with what we're looking for as a team.
