ADC seeking Plat+ Support to build synergy for S5

HELP ME KEEP MY JOB PLEASE:: So earlier today my boss comes over (I work construction and I've known this guy since i was 17) and starts squawking about how his son is going to college to play "League of Legends" for a scholarship. Kept going on and on about how good his kid was and how easy its going to be for him to make big money. Through all the bs, he mentioned his kid achieving Platinum and being in the top 1% of the US. So after he left I felt the urge to research further, because something just didn't smell right. I knew in season 1 there was a mmr system, but I wasn't aware of how it had changed, or the creation of diamond/master/challenger tiers. Come to find out his son wasn't even in the top 5 or even 10%. So i felt inclined to call him and explain to him how his son may have altered a few of the details. And explain to him how much time the pros have dedicated over the last 3 years to perfect their craft. Whatever his son put in front of him must have blown his mind, because he became offended and couldn't believe I would doubt his son. There was several minutes of angry banter and slander(didn't realize how big of a deal this was) So I tried explaining to him how I had a little backround with the game, and that's when it happened. He cut me off mid sentence, laughing, and said "well then how about this big shot, don't bother coming to work for the next month. I'll make my son take your place on the job, and you can show me how easy it is to hit my sons rank" So I do apologize for the paragraph, but I'm here seeking SUPPORT MAINS ONLY who are willing to put in some long hours over the next few weeks.
