Gold 1 ADC LF Serious Ranked 5vs Team

Attached my OP.GG for all my recent games. I play Lucian, Kog, Ashe, Vayne and Kallista. Looking for a SERIOUS or STRUCTERED Ranked 5vs team to play for. I have tourney experience as well as multiple ranked 5vs teams. My schedule is 6-12pm EST Monday-Friday. I usually don't play during weekends because I work an 8-5 job during the day so I usually use it for personal time with occasionally playing Sunday nights.
