Creating a Silver Ranked 5's Team (Top lane and ADC only)

So, i've been really looking to join a ranked team, but now i've just decided ill make one. It's hard work, but i have the next 3 weeks off so why not? I am looking for serious players with discord or curse, both are free. If you like to quit easily, or aren't okay with taking a loss then please don't apply. I like to joke around and have fun, but when we start up our ranked team i'll probably become a bit more serious. I am a jungle main and i have been playing since season 4 with a wide variety of champs to play. Please fill out the application below and if I am interested I WILL ADD YOU. Do NOT add me, or you won't have a chance.

Thank you and hopefully we can get something going. This is not first come first serve, I will be looking for players i'm interested in.
