[LFM] Artificial Instincts looking for Jungler [D5-D3] and Analysts

I am the General Manager of the Artificial Instincts organization. Our main team is a serious Platinum Ranked 5s in need of a jungler and additional analysts.

If you are a jungler and meet the following criteria, then I encourage you to apply:

• Diamond 5 to Diamond 3 (we are going to be participating in a league, which does permit us to have players who are higher than D3 for the time-being)

• Motivated to play (nearly) daily and progress as an individual and team player

• Team-oriented attitude

• Able to accept constructive criticism from coach or analyst, and put advice into practice

• Positive attitude (do not tilt often or severely)

• Strong communication skills (ability to shot call is a plus, but not necessary)

• Deep champion pool (and drive to keep up with the meta)

• Aspire to reach Challenger Series within a year's time

• [Optional] Experience playing on a Platinum (or higher) Ranked 5s team

If you are an analyst and your specialty meets one of the following classifications, then I encourage you to apply:

A) Statistical analyst:

• Experience working in a serious or professional team environment

• Compile data on the team's performance (in ranked 5s and tournaments) and evaluate the success of team compositions and specific champions

• Provide the players and coaches with (number-backed) analysis of future patches and help decide what champions should be prioritized for practice

• Create scouting reports on opponents that the team will face in tournaments (to assist the coaches with the pick and ban phase)

• Strong knowledge of Google Spreadsheets and how to explain complex, statistical research in a comprehensible way

• Able to explain and justify your reasoning succinctly and effectively

• Available to attend team (or Support Staff only) meetings, as needed

• Take on side tasks assigned by the Head Analyst

B) Individual-focused analyst

• Experience working in a serious or professional team environment

• Identify weak points in individual player's performances (often times through collaboration with the Statistical and Game Review analysts)

• Work with players outside of team practice time (through solo/duo queue, custom games, or interactive lessons) on improving their play

• Help players keep on track with the solo queue ranked goals set by the coaches

• Provide Head Analyst with progress reports

• Create interactive lessons for the players (as a a group or separately)

• Take on side tasks assigned by the Head Analyst
