Project Solstice
Requirements for Solstice
We are reforming Solstice to be a better team. We have new coaches and analysts so have decided to take a slightly different approach to many aspects of team play. As a result the type of people we are looking for is somewhat different than before. Player attitude will be the most important factor we examine.
General requirements include:

Be humble and willing to accept blunt and direct criticism from your play.

Respect our analysts, coaches, and players.

Willingness to practice champions in free time and play league often.

Be social!
Application Process
After your submit your application it will be reviewed by a member of our organization and you will be flagged for an interview. The interview will be conducted on our Teamspeak server so if you do not have TS installed please do so. If you need help with TS settings I will be happy to help you during the interview.
Recruitment will be decided based on interview results and other factors. Things like champion pool, experience, social skills, schedule, and in-game stats will all be considered during recruitment phase.

The application process can take a few days, so please be patient. We will get to all applicants within 3-5 days. You will be added in-game by "Wrin", "Awesomebill4000", "Sunny Day", or "Clear Skies". Please do not attempt to add us as you will simply be ignored.
