Pairings

Why are Gold Elo players that are actually good getting paired with terrible players that always feed or don't listen to their team? I have been paired with very bad teams so many times I got demoted twice from gold to silver 1 but got back up fast. When I won the games to get back to gold, later on I lose the people I was paired with that were good players that won't feed or not listen to their team.
