D5 mid/jg looking for a team that won't disband after 2 days

Hey guys, girls, and non-binary genders

I'm looking to join a ranked team that is plat+. I main mid and jungle, and have a decently diverse champion pool and knowledge of both roles. I am gaining confidence as a shotcaller and with some guidance I can get even better

I have a bunch of free time, currently taking mostly online college courses so I can set my own schedule. Have joined 3 teams so far, each has disbanded after a few days because no one wanted to get together.
