Looking for a 3v3 and/or 5v5 team

I'm not gonna lie, I mostly just want team wins for the ward skin. I'm not very ambitious. However. I would also like to get Gold in 3v3. I was Gold 1 in 3v3 and Gold V in solo Q last year, but I got kicked from my team due to a personal falling out with my roommate.

I own every champion and I can play any role and I can work with either the jungle or support meta in 3v3. However, I am a bit rusty as far as competitive strategies go. I also have many different voice chat programs.
