(LFM) Forming a new team and looking for interested players

Hello,

I am forming a new team and looking for the right players to join us. Rank is not important, attitude is everything!

What you need to know:

Currently this is a casual team looking for players who want to advance and learn at a "no one left behind" pace. We are not looking to make it to the 2016 World Championship, we are looking to play at least 2-3 games 2-3 nights a week. The goal is to create a team that works well together, plays well together, and has fun together! The team already consist of 3 players and we are looking to recruit the remaining slots.

Our process for this is not going to be fast and initial acceptance does not mean you are in for good, anyone recruited will be on probation until we decide if you are a fit for permanent membership based on the time we spend getting to know you and playing League together.

Our Requirements:

  • Good Sportsmanship (even during those annoying, irritating games we all have experienced)
  • No toxic comments towards opponents or teammates
  • Patience and willingness to learn together and to constructively help each other become better players
    • This means you need to be able to take constructive criticism, and to contribute constructive criticism.
  • Learn at least 1 Primary and 1 Secondary role, additional roles option
  • Willingness to Focus on your role Champions
  • Play Normal and Ranked games depending on how the trend is going
  • Endure lots of training game, meaning we have to learn to work together before we step into Ranked
  • Have or be willing to use Curse Voice, that also means you need a working MIC
  • Be willing to use LoLReplay to review games and learn from them

Hello XanNuri, if you would like to create a team and/or your team is interested in joining a teamspeak server to use for communication & other benefits, Vigorous Gaming is now offering partnerships for all ranked teams! We will supply you with your own private channel. You will be able to have your own password that only your team members know. You will be given Channel Admin to edit and put what ever you would like in the channel description. Lastly, if you own a team icon of 16x16 or banner we can upload it on the server for you to represent your team. There will also be other teams throughout the server you can set up scrims with.
