Starting a club, clan, or community

I'm extremely bored playing league atm. Solo queing in both ranked and normals sucks. Aram is a borefest without people to talk to and play with. So I'm looking for people who wants to join me in fashioning a group of crazy, fun loving, LoL playing, social people to actually have a constant source of people to play with. Yes I know people try to start these all the time but like I said, right now I'm bored.

So my current plans for this whole shindig (Which will be based off the societal population once it gets started.) are:

1: Get enough people from casual to elites that just want to have fun playing. 2: Form groups that want to eventually get better at playing from picking champs to playing them. 3: Get ranked teams up and running. 4: So deadlocked cliques won't be formed. Hold weekly matches/ tourneys mainly for interaction between older members and newer ones. 5: Get people involved into the general improvement of the society. 6: Try to be different than other gaming communities 7: Have fun with it. Even though I generally said this in number 1, this can't be another just another job were playing a game here.
