Looking for/ Creating a team, possibly for ranked silver/gold

Bored playing solo with people who have no sense of strategic value/ play selfishly. So here I am looking for a team, possibly a silver/gold team, that values some team strategy from picking champions to situation in game play. I want it to be a team where we strive to get better and have fun at the same time.
