Ranked 5's LF jungle/top!

Hello all. First and foremost I’d like to emphasize the goals of our ranked team. We wish to learn the game and create a team environment that is focused on moving forward and fixing the problems we find along the way. We want to progress as a whole to a higher level of play. Our current team is composed of plat-diamond level players that have a couple years of experience. We ask that all applicants be at least gold 1 or higher. Currently, we need a jungler and a top laner.

For top lane, we want to see someone who is okay holding their own through the common top lane island. This means if you’re getting camped while we’re taking objectives or you’re getting 1v2ed, we need you to succeed past that. Our past top laners have been weak when they weren’t strongly ahead, and passively blaming the rest of the team for their poor teleports and such. So knowledge of how to use TP properly and efficiently will be looked at. Also, we need someone who can recognize when peeling is more important than showing how tanky you’re trying to be. Our past tops were caught out at important times being too aggro when it wasn’t necessary.

For jungle we are looking for some key areas of strength past general skill and knowledge. We look for strong knowledge of what to do next after successful ganks, and we also look for a leader of when to play around river objectives and the like. Hopefully applicants feel comfortable taking the role of shot caller as early game objectives have been weak for us and closing the game out has also been weak for us.

Also, we want mature people who aren’t going to yell at everyone assuming the team was wrong, but also will communicate what problems they see and constructive ways to solve problems that arise. We want people that will talk in comms when we are behind and keep giving and taking information with us to push forward and improve.
