Ranked 5's LF top/jungle. Serious about learning/improving

Hello all. Myself and two other friends are looking to play a rather serious ranked 5's schedule. We could play 6PM EST until later (still up for debate) most weeknights/weekends. We are looking for a serious top laner/jungler to complete the roster. Our goals are to improve as a team, and as individuals and individual skill in the game. We will have a solid group of 5-6 people that we can duo queue with as well as play team games with to improve through the ladders, seeing as we are all plat or higher with a silver support who rarely solo queues, we would like to have people of gold 2 or higher skill levels. Experience: Been playing seriously for about 2 years. I watch a lot of LCS games, and have played on ranked teams before. My strengths are map awareness, team fighting/knowing when to initiate, and objective control. "Why should we choose you?" I love the game. Never tilt or rage. I am willing to dedicate a lot of time to the team.

I'm looking for a serous team to play with. looking for tournament play and ranking up. I'm on everyday. I have/am part of a team now that was gold 1 but fell to silver 2 because people we not taking it serous anymore.
