[LFM] 3v3 team in need of (at least) one more person

Hey all potential teammates, my friend and I are looking for a minimum of one more player in order to fill our roster and begin climbing on the twisted treeline map. We are accepting any and all ELO's and we are hoping to reach low platinum tier at the minimum. Though we are accepting any and all ELO we do have some prerequisites that must be met in order to be eligible.

• Must be level 30 (if you aren't level 30 then we can't play ranked. Simple as that.)
• Must be able to play in a solo lane (preferably an AP carry or an AD tank as we have the jungler already.)
• Must be able to listen to calls and follow up when they are called, regardless of whether you think they are good or bad. (It's almost always better to follow a bad call as a team than to not follow and be the one doing their own thing.)
• Must be able to receive, provide, and learn from criticism (always in a constructive manner.)
• Must be a relatively reliable player. (We are not necessarily looking for someone who will always win their lane, we are looking for someone who will preform similarly every single game.)
• Must have Curse Voice as a way to communicate. (Since CV has been released on Mac we are going to be able to communicate regardless of what type of computer you have!)
• Would be helpful if you could play most days, but we are flexible on schedules.
• Must enjoy the game regardless of winning or losing. If we were to play the game and only grind for ELO it would end up being a job, and as someone who spends most days working I do not wish to make this into another thing that I loath doing. Winning will almost always be fun, and even in losses we can learn from the mistakes made during the game. At no point should the game feel like it's a waste of time. That said, my partner and I intend to take this team seriously, as should you.
