LF D+ Top/Mid/Marksman/Support for a serious ranked 5's grind team.

Hello all!! First lets start off with a little about me. I am currently ranked D5. Peaked at Diamond 3 this season. I have been playing since season 2. Mained almost every role except for support but i have played the role alot and have a couple of friends that are plat support mains that have been support mains since season 2 as well. ( they dont solo que much but they are very good at the role). I'm pretty good at shot calling. Been on too many teams to list here. My champ pool is pretty big but i tend to play tanky junglers more. I am open to CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.
Now, more about my objective. I have been stuck hovering around D5 and D4 the last couple of months. Either going on win streaks or losing streaks. I find that my play isnt very consistent and i've been trying to watch my own gameplay more and i see that there are alot of times that i'm either making the wrong decisions or just not mechanically performing well. To my credit i usually do well but i want to do better.
The main reason i want to Create a team atm is that i want to really grind experience in a competative environment that i can grow and have a friendly atmosphere. im looking to improve my mechanics, decision making, shot calling, rotations and anything else that comes to mind/things that i notice or anyone else does.
What i want from my teamates are just a few things. Obviously a friendly and open environment. I would like to have all players be at or above D5. I would also like that everyone here similar ideals as my own, at the very least with the intent to improve themselves. Everyone needs to have mic comms. There will be scheduled practice that everyone will have to make on a daily basis. Lastly Tournaments. I feel that Tournaments bring out the highest level of play/players and is a great way to get experience and improve yourself.
This team will be a serious competitive team. We play with only improvement in mind. Criticism will come after every game as long as its CONSTRUCTIVE!! no one here is friends and everyone is removable so feel free to say what needs to be said but do not be rude. Toxic players will not be tolerated and will be removed immediately. Like i said before this team is competitive and will have a friendly and open environment so we can all grow. There will be tryouts and no decisions will be made quickly.
