Need team to climb out of Bronze!

Bronze is without a doubt the hardest elo to climb out of without a consistent team. No one gets the game, objective priority or counter picks/ builds. Its honestly a nightmare. With a team I went from b5 to b2 in a day. Solo, I set myself back to b5 lol.

I main Supp and Mid. For Supp I play Ali first and Leo/ Braum secondary. Look up my stats and you can tell for my role, I do really well, even when its a loss. Im just so tired of randoms and need a group to climb with. Ive played with friends in Silver and Gold just fine because I was gold ii last season, but man. Im losing my mind.
