LF a Coach and substitutes for my team Silver-Gold

I am the captain of a silver-gold team and we are looking into joining an amateur LCS style league as well as some tournaments. We have a practice schedule Sunday, Monday, and Thursday (subject to change in the future) at 6:00PM Pacific (9:00PM Eastern) for around 3 hours each practice.

I have a little bit of prior coaching experience but I am looking for a coach to work alongside the team to prepare us for our League matches and any tournaments we enter. We are not interested in HIRING anyone as we arent getting paid to play so we dont have the means to pay you to coach, but we can work out a deal to share any potential winnings. Please add me in game and we can discuss things further.

I am also looking for substitutes for my team, preferably ones who can play 2 roles. I want to clarify that being a sub does not mean you are on the team but dont have to attend practice nights, or dont have to be on all the time. The attendance requirements for Subs are the same as for starting players. If you join as a sub there is always the possibility of earning a place as a starter. (Rank does not give any priority as to who is the starter) I would prefer if you commented on this thread (with some sort of simple introduction and explanation of what you can offer the team) AND added me in game if you are interested
