Silver II ADC looking for team

I'm RisingOsiris, I main adc in solo que and for the most part I'm better than most adc's at my level. My playing style is for the most part passive. I like to farm hard for the first 15 min or so unless we get a pick on adc/support. I'm looking for a team because in solo que, I get strong most of the time but we don't always win due to lack of coordination. So I would like a team with decent coordination or skilled players.
