Looking to form a team/Starting one (Mid-Laner)

Hi guys. I am a silver 5 mid laner. I am looking for people to play with who want to improve their game. I am looking for people in the Bronze II - Silver 3 range I work full-time so I can only play about 10-15 hours a week. I am 21 years old and my fav champ is Azir I really enjoy playing league and I like getting better. I take constructive criticism really well and also I do not like to play with flamers.
