LF Gold+ Duo

I main support, but I can play all roles efficiently, with the exception of top. I am looking for a duo, preferably an ADC for synergy. I have all voice communication programs. I was halfway to G3 then went on a HORRIBLE tilt / losing streak and am now low Gold 5. It seems like every game I win my lane, but someone else feeds so damn bad that someone gets huge and wrecks everyone. I try to be nice and tell people to ward their lanes or to not push, but it never works. They do not ward, shove the lane, and get camped because they are easy targets. I need an ADC who can do just that; CARRY. Carry the 0/5 top that made their Riven 5/0. Carry the jungler who ganked mid at half health and died 4 times. I will do my part as the support, and I would like to have one less clueless player to worry about in the hell we call solo queue.
