LF Gold/SIlver Comp Team

I am Silver I 9LP mid/top main (currently) since, after the new jungle i started seeing a downgrade to my play.

I play

I mostly just play Ryze since nobody bans him in this sort of mid-low elo

and I want to get better, maybe with a team, as teams are better to work with tthan 4 randoms.
