Looking for a coach/manager

I know I will be going into depth a lot later with applicants so I'll post the short version here.

I need a coach/manager (more the latter than the former) for my team. I have never been good with managing a team schedule or practice wise. Always very lenient with people being late so it kind of became habit for the team and eventually it fell apart. I want someone who isn't afraid to lay down the law and enforce it.

Requirements/what I want.

Diamond or above: Can spot highlights and weaknesses of tryouts/players. Knows the game and can help coach and decide on players.

Can and will help with organizing tryouts: That can include playing with them (my posts generate a lot of interest) and helping me decide on applicants on who's personality/play-style will best fit the team.

Will help manage the team: This includes helping players adhere to the practice schedule, find replacements if need be, coach (if applying for that as well), and help schedule tournaments around availability. Tentative schedule is 5 nights a week 10PM EST - 1 AM EST minimum. You would not need to be at each and every practice for the full length of time (minimum 3 practices if you are coaching, just making sure players show up if managing).

Other managerial duties not listed in this post (use your imagination).

If applying for coach AND manager we can talk some form of payment. I work a minimum wage job so it won't be extravagant but it will be better than nothing at all
