There are some easy fixes to improve your own gameplay so that you might carry yourself; I suggest warding significantly more, and swapping your trinket for the Sweeper when you get a Sightstone. Limit your champion pool to only a few you can master rather than many you can just be familiar with, stick to 1-2 roles to help with that and get a few mastery levels on a champion in Normals before committing it to Ranked.

There is no point in getting carried you'll just go back to where you belong. If you wanna climb improve yourself first.
