Looking to make a ranked team

I Want to make a team where we can grow,learn and get better together.Not looking for people who bail after a loss or two, I need people who are willing to learn from their mistakes and take criticism w/o being mad.

I'm no pro, so feedback n tips would be great. No ragers 18+ n must be on often and have curse voice

We wont jump into our 5 ranked games w/o playing as a team in normal draft repeatedly until we end up with positive results; with diff team comps.

All roles needed i'll fill

Im silver 4 solo que has been a pain for me was silver 1 last season then this season ive got nothing but trolls and ragers been dissapointing so im looking for a team i can do anything but bot lane. barbariang is my ign message me

ive all ready said id play with another group but they arent on so if you need someone i would happily join. been gold the past two seasons. can play any role but best are adc and top. i can play any champion that would be needed. ign LinkToL3Past

Haven't ranked this season yet though. Been on several teams but nothing too serious. -Role: support -Champions played: almost all. Main thresh, nami, Leona, and morg. -Name: manny -Age: 26 -What part of the game do you think most important to your role: warding and creating opportunities for the team through smart pick offs. Can also manage baron and dragon timers. -comment: I have a weird work schedule though if on team. So a practice schedule would have to be created for the month due to my work schedule being changed every month.
