Looking for help in Solo/DuoQ

I have recently, finally, made it into Silver. I am currently Silver IV, though. I main supports, most notably Nautilus, but am proficient at several others. My goal, hope, is to make it at least to Gold by the end of this season. I do not think that it is too difficult, or too much of a goal. I sincerely doubt I'll make Platinum or Diamond, but I am trying to get as high as I can. It does not matter to me what role you play, Mid/Jungle/Top/ADC, just looking for someone to help me through Silver into Gold. And perhaps even teach me some other roles. I am pretty competent in the top lane with champions such as Irelia, but my biggest struggle is early game farming. I am terrible at last hitting and such. Which is why I tend to shy away from those roles and stick to support, the role that I am best at.
