Looking for DuoQ partner

Currently B1, and play support, though and am also a decent top/mid player depending on the matchup. I generally do pretty well, not going to try to claim I'm some pro/master/challenger material or anything. Been stuck here for a while, I make it to promos, and then the teams I get always feed or throw the games and I lose them. And then the process repeats it self. Looking for someone to help me get to Silver, and maybe even help me through Silver to Gold if so inclined.
