Hello! My name is Blacknonono, mid for TeamNoveGaming. As a team we are looking for a coach to help our team. We need to grow as a team, so we thought bringing in a coach would help tremendously! As a player, I feel like our team needs a coach to be looking at our games and telling us what to improve on. We feel that our play is not up to par with what it could be. Solo Q Rank: Gold I (Placed in Platinum 5 but decayed for inactivity for roughly 2 months) Been a Platinum player since Season 3. (hover over my Summoner Icon to see badges.) IGN: Drizzt Strife Why do you want to join our team: I love the communication and strategy side of League of Legends. Coaching experience: I've coached individuals for a couple organizations, and even set up the template other coaches eventually followed. I've naturally been a "shot-caller" for most of the teams I've been on which gives me experience of what are good and bad plays to make. When are you available: I can participate in 5-6 practice sessions every 2 weeks. If this is an issue then I do apologize, but that is all my schedule can afford. If this becomes more than just a hobby I'm open to the idea, but since this doesn't pay the bills my schedule is NON-negotiable. 2 reasons why we should have you on our team as coach over the next guy: I'm a natural leader, and have been playing for just shy of 5 years with unlimited knowledge about anything revolving this game. I also have very good computer oriented skills, and can build documents for the team. (See below for Google Docs example)

I'm a Platinum+ coach that has a lot of experience in Ranked 5's. I have a few questions regarding the team:

What time-frames will the team be playing? How long are practice sessions? What are the team's short-term goals? What are the team's mid-term goals? What are the team's long-term goals? I can only attend at the very least 5-6 sessions every 2 weeks, will that be a problem? What's the recruitment process for the coach?

My credentials, and League of Legends background: I've been playing this game since October of 2010 (1 month away from 5 years). I have built a massive array of knowledge with anything revolving this game. I've been a Platinum+ level player since Season 3. Placed in Platinum 5 (after placements this Season) but decayed to Gold 1 for being inactive for roughly 2 months. I've played on multiple teams, and participated in several tournaments. I keep current with professional level play-styles. I love theory-crafting and nerd-out on developing strategies. I've been a shot-caller for most of the teams I've played on. I've been a Marksman main since mid-Season 2, but can effectively coach other roles individually (bottom lane, Support included, is my bread and butter though.)

What time-frames will the team be playing?: We normally play anytime from around 6-8 EST everyday How long are practice sessions?: As stated above What are the team's short-term goals?: Developing communication as well as chemistry What are the team's mid-term goals?: Placing in tournys What are the team's long-term goals?: League championship series/LCS (It's a stretch so TBH Diamond is our actual goal) I can only attend at the very least 5-6 sessions every 2 weeks, will that be a problem?: That is not a problem at all What's the recruitment process for the coach?: We take you into a game with our 5's team. We will ask you to take notes on the game and tell us key points of what we can better.
