Ranked 5's LF Coach/ Analyst

Hey guys this is Ares Champion (the team captain) and as the title suggests we are looking for a coach/ analyst. Our current one is about to leave so we need a smooth replacement. Some things that we are looking for is someone who has good game knowledge and is able to help improve the team and not just arguing with everyone. We are a tournament team and we have our own spreadsheet so we are a well organized team. Would prefer to have Plat 5+ rank just so our gold members will listen with more open ears.
