I'd be more than happy to play mid with you guys. It appears you're in the identical situation to me. Silver 4 last season, and currently working through provisional games now.

I have all forms of voice communication that I'm aware of, a pretty broad pool of mid lane champions that I can play well, I'll add you on the actual client tonight when I get home.
