Duo looking for fun, active players

A friend and I have been playing League for about 2 weeks now and after some disastrous games with people from solo q, have decided that having more people on steam chat with us would be awesome. We're laid back and not really looking to compete atm. We're not lvl 30 so we don't expect you to be. We play ALOT, and would like people that could do the same. I'm always willing to play some League with other people, especially friends. I AM level 30, but I don't let level be a determining factor of any sort. However, thanks to my experience in playing the game for a couple years now, I am able to provide some tips if you're playing a champ that I'm familiar with. I'm not ALWAYS on, but when I am during the weekdays, it's always between 6 and 7 o'clock.
