LFT for Ranked 3's or 5's

Looking for preferrably Gold+ (this or last season). I have curse for voice. Goal is to keep the team dynamic competitive/to have fun. I'm pretty laid back so try to keep the flaming to a minimum.

I'm on almost every weeknight after 5pm EST plus most of the day on weekends. Add in game.

FYI: Plat in solo queue and 3's last year. I have a large champion pool and am comfortable in any role.
