Looking for coach/manager for my new team!

Hey forum peeps,

I posted this http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/team-recruitment/10NdEyM4-starting-very-serious-and-committed-ranked-5s-team a little while ago and am also in the need for a coach/manager!

I would prefer Gold+ and if you are exceptionally good we MIGHT be able to talk about some form of payment.

What I would need from the coach/manager (doesn't have to be the same person):

• Show up to at least half of practices

• Good game knowledge

• Help with tryouts/replacements if needed

• Help everyone stick to the schedule (10PM EST prob 5 nights a week)

• Help secure spots in tournaments

• Coach both in game knowledge and help out of game with discussions and whatnot.
