S1 need help real fast

I just got to s1 and I just lost 3 ranked games in a row, 2 unlucky, and 1 because i got auto filled. Can a smurf dou real fast so i can win one and not get demoted would appreciate lol. dont wanna go back, took long enough to get out of s3.
