Ya, that will probably be handled. However, when its something as serious as that: I consider it serious enough to justify a screenshot and a ticket to guarantee a follow through.

My mind is still trying to wrap around how someone can be capable of saying that. Anyway, if you didn't respond to the behavior in a instigating or counter-inflammatory way you should have a justified report.

To be fair op, you should not be repeating the remark. I hope you did not repeat it to him in game, that may put you in the same spot as him and you may lose some validation in your report.
