Looking for Diamond 3+ Top Laners

I'm a part of an organization known as Vexillum eSports. I currently have two ranked teams currently looking for a top laner. These teams are looking into possibly improving into competitive play and being sponsored. Both teams are looking for top laners ranked D3 or higher.
