Looking to make a SERIOUS and DEDICATED team. Need all but a Mid Lane and Support

I will be the shot caller.

Application-- **IGN- Age- Champion Pool (atleast 5)
Strengths- Weaknesses- Preffered Lane- Secondary Lane- Skype or Curse? Time Zone- Country- Rank- **

3 Simple rules. Be able to take constructive critisim from higher ranking, or someone that know more.

No getting mad after a bad game, everyone has bad games, although as we are a serious team no more than 3 games will be tolerated of bad playing.

And finally, get to know the people in the team, duo with them. Become friends. Thats the only way we'll last!
