Ok, I may not be diamond, but i at least know a few tips.

Mini map awareness- You have heard about this, you have thought "oh yeah thats obviously important", and most people have totally ignored this. Pay attention to this at least every 10 seconds. this may seem simple enough, but juggling this with lane harassing/csing makes this an advanced skill.

"mastering" hard champions- if you are looking to tackle the daunting task of becoming the next faker, you are gonna want to pick hard champions, right? NO. simple champions with high skill ceilings are the champs that you will see a significant improvement on. sure they aren't usually flashy, but you know what is flashy? a diamond border. Pick a main that fits your play-style, not the other way around, and go hog-wild. Discover the effectiveness of certain combos for yourself. Dont overuse some trick you saw on youtube, because most of the time the tricks you learn on your own will open an entire new world of possibilities.

This may not be EXACTLY what you are looking for, but i feel these are some truly important things all players should at least be aware of.

best of luck on the fields of justice!
