Preseason bronze 3 to at least silver 5

Hello, I'm looking for a duo partner to go from bronze 3 to at least silver 5 this preseason. I play mostly ADC, SUP, and JG. I do have skype/curse. Unfortunately I've had a hard time trying to get out of bronze because someone always DC's, ragequits because they gave up first blood, or throws by getting caught out all game.
